Sustain social welfare program to meet the needs of employees
Employees of ATINA, comapany which collects, process and ship Ecoshrimp, formed Rostrum, aiming to develop welfare programs for employees In 2011, Rostrum started micro-credit service and collective purchaing of daily needs for members with APF loan. Micro-credit service won popularity among employees and so Rostrum applied again for APF loan for capital build-up in FY2016. Mainly allocate credit for education, medeical service, purchase of electric devices and motor bike.
